1. Can I return or exchange an item for a different color or style?
Yes, you can contact me at laura@petitefleurdesigns.com if you are not 100% satisfied with your product. I will do everything I can to make you a repeat customer.
2. How do I wash my accessories?
Please hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Some of the appliques are sensitive to heat.
3. How do you ship your products?
All of the accessories are shipped via USPS priority mail with a flat rate of $5.50 National. The International rate is $15.00. If you are local (Fresno/Clovis, CA) and would like to pick up your order with no shipping cost please enter cpu in the Discount coupon box. I will then contact you by phone when order is completed. We carefully handcraft all of our orders so, it may take two to three weeks for completion (especially during the holidays). My products are wrapped with care and there is a special added touch to the wrapping.
4. Are gift certificates available for gift giving?
Yes, gift certificates are available for that special someone. Just go to the certificate section and type in the appropriate information and I will send the recepient the gift certificate wrapped especially for him or her.
5. What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and e-checks via paypals encrypted secure server. We are also happy to assist you over the phone if you are uncomfortable ordering online.
6. Do you charge sales tax?
Only with orders sent within the state of California, sales tax is 7.75%. The tax will be charged accordingly.
